Pick your schedule and tone.
Choose your payment reminder schedule, for example 3 days before an invoice is due. Approve the message once, and reminders will be sent automatically according to your schedule.

Reminders go out in your name.

Straightforward terms
- Billable invoice: one we sent at least one reminder for that month. Invoices we don’t chase don’t count.
- Usage alerts at 80% and 100% of your plan.
- Overage is off unless you turn it on, and never goes past the limit you set. With it off, sending pauses at your plan limit.
- Pay yearly and save 10%. Switch between monthly and yearly anytime from Manage billing.
- Cancel anytime online from Manage billing in your account; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Questions
Which accounting software does it work with?
Due Meridian is built to connect with QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks and Wave. These direct connections are coming soon. Today, you can upload a CSV exported from any of them, or from any spreadsheet.
Is the CSV option hands-off?
Not entirely. So that no one who has already paid gets a reminder, CSV accounts need to reconfirm payment status within the 24 hours before each automated reminder. If they don’t, sending pauses.
Who do the reminders come from?
They’re sent in your name, to your clients, and only after you’ve confirmed the contacts, schedule and tone.
What counts as a billable invoice?
An invoice we sent at least one reminder for in that month. Invoices you import but we never chase, or that get paid before a reminder goes out, don’t count.
What happens if I go over my plan?
You get an alert at 80% and at 100%. By default, sending pauses at your limit. If you turn on overage, extra invoices cost about 75¢ each, up to a ceiling you set.
Is there a yearly option?
Yes. Paying yearly saves 10%: Starter is US$960 a year instead of US$1,068. The 30-day free trial applies either way, and you can switch between monthly and yearly from Manage billing.
