Due Meridian works on top of the invoicing you already use. You stay in control of what is sent and when.

Check client contacts, balances, your reminder schedule and tone before anything is sent.
Polite emails go out on your schedule: 3 days before the due date, then 1, 7 and 14 days after.
A verified payment stops the reminders. You get a weekly summary of what is still open.
When a client writes back, follow-up changes with them. When we are unsure, we pause and ask you.

The pilot starts with QuickBooks Online and CSV import. Others will follow based on demand.
Not fully. To avoid reminding someone who has already paid, CSV accounts must reconfirm payment status within 24 hours before an automated reminder. Otherwise sending pauses.
They are written in your name, to your clients, only after you confirm the contacts, schedule and tone.
The pilot is for businesses invoicing in US dollars. We will say clearly when other regions open.
You can export it at any time. Our privacy policy will be published before the pilot opens.
